I lived there for 7 years before moving out in Feb 08 to a newly purchased home (thanks to the money I saved while living in one of the lowest priced apartments in the city). The staff is great. They all live on-site and are available 24/7. The front desk is always staffed as well and are always pleasant. It's a no frills kind of place, but well located and an overall great place to live.
