First of all the management is great. Everything is attended to in a timely manner. The floors are kept clean. Trash is removed on a timely basis. The staff is friendly and professional. The 24 hour desk service is wonderful. The location from the cathedral and that wonderful Tex Mex Catina Resturant is awesome. Starbucks, the sidewalks that are pleasant to walk on. It is really very nice. I do not like the city, I bought a place out on the farm in West Virginia, but if you like living in the city, this place is the most humane, cleanest, most well-run building out there thanks to their top management. Parking use to be a pain, but I think it is better now that they have finished to Cathedral upgrade. We would walk down Mass Ave, walk up to Tenley Circle, down to Georgetown, hop on the bus to the Kennedy Center. It was nice actually. Now, I am raisig chickens, and have a goat. I miss it at times and if my friend comes back, he will held there for sure and I will be spending a lot more time there again. Nice place. You can sleep at night. Great Christmas party..more like a family. Hope it always stays like that. If so, you found a gem.
