Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I currently live at 325 P Street SW, the building is Horrible BUT I can't move, Channel Square think they slick or let's just say the SLUMLORDS who run the property located in the 700 block of K STreet NW. This place has so many violations that they have lost count, the 4 bedroom twnhomes are going for $2,100 and even at that price you are living with the DC RATS. The kids up the street come and play and direspect the adults and don't talk back to them.....because they know where you live!!!! Any who although DC is changing it will take many years before the square is completely cleaned of all bad renters and SLUMLORDS.
