Highly NOT Recommended

I moved in with high hopes for this building but have been extremely disappointed. First and foremost, the mail. It always is getting mixed up. My parents have sent me numerous items that haven't reached me. I verified the address with the post office and building. If you move in, have everything sent registered mail and pay bills online. Sometimes you get notices that you have a package, sometimes they "forget" to tell.
Water comes out of the faucet brown if you don't use it frequently enough. My sink regurgitates smelly crap with what looks like cigarette ash on top. It took months of yelling to get a response to this.
Location is poor. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the metro, which all in all isn't bad unless the weather is. There is no wide variety of restaurants. I eat Subway or Quizno's 80% of the time.
The workout facilities aren't bad; however, the sound links to the TV are often not working. The sauna is nice, but the hot tub that was suppose to be fixed MONTHS ago still is out of order and I have NEVER seen anyone working on it.
Staff is unresponsive and can have attitude. I have caught the security sleeping on the job often.
Rent is overpriced. I now will pay 1100 for a studio, which is comparable to what you could pay in Dupont or Adams Morgan, which are much better scenes.
