When I first moved into the building, they had good maintenance and the maintenance staff were very helpful to tenants in getting things done.

Now, however, it takes more time than necessary before we get anything done regarding maintenance. I have been trying for months regarding my leaky windows and still no avail and paint chips are falling off the windows and on the lower walls near the windows. A different kind of paint should have been used around the windows because of the humidity and now it looks awful. I refuse to clean up this mess.

The only reason I haven't moved is because it just a hassle to do same, but I do plan on now moving soon and will be glad to say goodbye to this place.

Seems a shame in this regard because of all the rent we are paying but maybe the owner just likes to pay fines (because it is probably cheaper than doing the actual work of maintaining the building).
