There is only one nice person in the management office, but unfortunately this person does not know any of the procedures of the building and is constantly making huge mistakes. In over 5 interactions we have had, this person has not completed a single one correctly. Then someone else from the management office will call us and YELL at us for filling out forms wrong, not paying the right price for something etc.

Management is very unresponsive to maintenance requests. We have called management a number of times and the call box still does not work for our room and we have lived there for six months.

When security guards actually show up for duty, they sleep, disappear for hours, etc. This wouldn't matter as much if the front doors weren't constantly broken. We actually did get new front doors recently, but they are already broken again. Elevators are always broken.

I definitely will not renew my lease at this apartment.
