I love living at the Chesapeake. It has so much personality. Everyone that lives here is very friendly and nice. I know all of my neighbors by name. I love having the business center on the first floor. The mgt company has a copier and a fax in there and it sure does beat going to KINKOS.
My apartment has been renovated and I love the new kitchen and bathroom. I have had no rodent issues which I had in my last building. I could not be happier.
Maintenance has vastly improved over the past months and this pleases me greatly.
I park in the surface lot and I am thankful that it is very well lit. As a single woman, I appreciate the well lit areas. I would recommend living here without question.

Does this seem like the manager of the Chesapeake wrote this? Food for thought anyone?

Oh, yes. Management DEFINITELY wrote this stupid review. Only thing missing is the cheesy "location, location, location!" When will they learn that they are incredibly transparent? P.S. "Personality" in real estate terms means roach-ridden, ugly, crumbling piece of s h i t.
