Poor management; broken apartments: difficult living

I have experienced extreme heat due to a non-working air conditioners; extreme heat due to an over-active radiator; no response to requests to fix problems, whether small or big; incessant noise from neighbors and building staff who renovate apartments at night, in the morning, and on weekends.

The building is either in the mode of breaking down or broken.

It is also unsafe -- I have had a man try to break into my apartment twice.

Live elsewhere.
