your money's worth From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Yeah, this place isn't the best. There are plenty of problems with the apartment complex. Especially with the maintenance and the mail. But for what you pay, in the area you live, with the amenities that are provided, you really can't beat it. I've reported issues to maintenance several times and had them ignored. Mail frequently gets confused and gets lost and the package room is usually a mess. In the winter you have no control over the heat, which -really-sucks. The laundry room has machines that are out frequently and seems too expensive to me. But for a relatively low price, I get access to a complete fitness room, an office with internet access, a nice room where everything works and does what it's supposed to. Management which, while not the best, really seem to mean well. And I get to live in one of the safest area of DC. So you be the judge. What's most important to you'
