I really do not recomend, problems with management, problems with fire alarm, rodents, maintenance can't fix problems, sinks that back up and electrical problems, building is a disaster that needs to be modernized. If you look at the walls and carpeting in the common areas they're cheap, dirty and in need of serious attention, the apartments are worse. I wouldn't even advertise in fear of someone calling the health department or someone for numerous violations. I'd get out of my lease today if I wasn't bound a few more months! Definately do not do it!
