Good neighborhood, adequate building

Yes, the building may have some problems, but it was built in 1941. When you rent in a building like this, you have to expect some issues like those listed in other problems. Rennovating an entire building takes a lot and could people out of a place to live. I feel the neighborhood is worth the price.
I have had no problems with maintenance coming to fix issues, even when I get back from work around 5 or 6 pm. The staff is friendly and courteous, and helps even when very busy.
