I want to be as polite as possible, but it is very difficult. We moved into one of the renovated apartments. When we moved in the apartment was very clean. But things began to fall apart very fast. Our bathroom ceiling had a leak, and it took forever for the maintenance to come and just LOOK at it. The paint job that was done before we moved in, cracked and peeled within a month in many areas. Also, the painter had painted over mold that was growing on the bathroom wall and that became apparent within a month. The insulation is terrible, the window in our bedroom has a draft like a fan when the wind blows, we brought this to managements attention and they did absolutely nothing except suggest that we go out and buy a window covering that would be taped to the wall around the window. Silverfish or roaches come up through the drains. Everything has been an ordeal, this is nothing like what the rental agent promised.
