This has seriously got to be the worst place to live in DC. The management is not only rude, but totally incompetent. They do not care about you. We have had to deal with mice, water bugs, water damage, lost packages all with the attitude of it s not my problem from the management. You are lucky if you can get them to even come to your apartment to look at a problem within a month of asking and you have to go down to the office 2 -3 times each week or they will just forget all about you. They are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. The building is old and the amount of dust that comes through the vent in the kitchen is unbelievable. Please do not live here not matter how good it may seem at first. Once you have signed the lease their attitude completely changes.

I agree - before I signed the lease the management company were the nicest people - as soon as I moved in they started threatening me with petty things, and talk to me as if they don't know me.
