Inexcusably Poor Building Management

Never had I imagined needing to write such a scathing review of a management company, but Horning Brothers does a piss-poor job with the Chesapeake. I recently signed a lease renewal only to have the office tell me and my roommate that it was the incorrect document and we'd need to sign a new one. We did this once more a couple days after our initial renewal signing. That's three leases in a week. A couple months later, I received a phone call from the leasing office saying that if we did not sign our lease renewal, we would have to start paying the higher month-to-month rent. Again, we signed another version of the lease renewal. But lo and behold, a few weeks later, we received yet another letter indicating that we owed them additional rent because...we had not signed our lease renewal.
If a leasing company cannot effectively fulfill its main role -- generating leases and renewals -- how can you expect it to run a building well'

Ok rather than talking about your lease signing, why dont you talk about the noise or other things that may be worth reading.
