Shabby building with bad maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Maintenance doesn't exist in this building. Since building is old many things are not working well and getting broken, and manager of the building does not care. Many things in my apartment are waiting now for almost 2 months to be fixed. Laundry room is regularly flooded, so you have this lovely combination of water and electricity every time you want to do your laundry. However, this is not a noisy building. I would give no stars to this building, but this option in ratings does not exist. My recommendation: avoid the place.
