Horrible

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2007
I have lived at this apartment complex for over 5years and the first 5 years were ok, but after that it has been horrible. Management is SLOW to address tenants concerns. The Borger Management has allowed people who are mentally challenged to move in and they cause MAJOR problems and brings down the property value. I am guessing in about 2-4 years this complex will change the look of it present tenants.
DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
