A/C broken when first moved in. Landlord nice, but incompetent. Problems with noisy neighbors, walls are paper-thin. Students in neighboring dorm make noise throughout the year, and I mean noise. Apartments are overpriced, furnishings are lack-luster and a total rip-off. Kitchen hasn't been remodeled since God-knows-when. I would strongly discourage anyone from living here. Management is terrible, building is old and noisy, location is great (the only redeeming aspect).
