A wonderful rental property. I have been here since the summer of 2008 and can't find any fault. The manager is wonderful and makes sure the building, common areas and apartments, are A-1 in all respects. Any maintenance request is taken care of immediately and the office is always going that extra mile to make sure the residents needs are the priority. The location is great, within a block of metro and bus service, and the neighborhood is safe. This is a find in Northwest DC!
