Excellent location in a neighborhood that is safer that just about any other in DC. The manager (Mrs. Adams) is nice but she is old and super nosy. Get used to her snooping around your business but she is easy to marginalize. And if you get on her good side, she will go out her way to assist you if needed.

I lived there for a while and I loved the convenience. However, there was a problem with mice. Yeah mice. My girlfriend stopped coming over so I decided to move. As far as I can tell, the mouse situation was addressed properly. They were only a problem the last two months or so of my 30 months there.

The neighborhood around the building is lily white. However, as a black male, I never had any problems. The building is very convenient to the Howard and UDC law schools down the street.
