While this building can't be beat in terms of location, it has several drawbacks. 1) It's expensive for one person. 2) The north building is mainly inhabited by undergraduate students - even though I was recently one myself, it makes for living conditions somewhat similar to dorm: noisy at late hours, litter left in the hall, smoking, etc. - all despite building rules. Also, there is a serious cockroach problem. You can keep your apartment as clean as you want, you can exterminate, but they'll still come back from other parts of the building.
