Claridge House is a nice place to live in a primo location. I have been living here for about 3 years and I recommend it to young professionals. Although some of the GW undergraduate population live in the building, they do not cause any major issues that you would find anywhere else. As for cockroaches, in my 3 years, I have had maybe 1. That is nothing comparatively. In terms of costs, this place is less than the average places (studios) for rent in the Cleveland/Woodly Park area. I highly recommend this place. It is also one of the few places with a rooftop pool and a great view.
