Overpriced, roaches, rodents, and mean staff!

On first glance, this building seems like a great find. A fantastic location (blocks from the Foggy Bottom metro and the bars and restaurants of Georgetown), a 24-hr front desk, nice landscaping, and generally quite hallways. However, be warned: the majority of the staff are very unpleasant and there is an enormous roach and rodent problem. The pest problems did not become huge until my last year or so at this building, but I did notice issues with roaches intermittently before. The building seems unconcerned with these problems which is why I'm moving out. If location is important to you, then you may be able to deal with these issues. The units themselves are average and may depend on how much remodeling the owners have done. Some look nice, others look downright depressing. Furthermore, with the high rental price of these units, you can find a much better deal in Adams Morgan or Dupont. I would not recommend this building.
