I lived here for four years and thought it was great. You're literally five minutes from Georgetown and ten minutes from DuPont AND just two block from the Metro. The building is nice, well-managed, and has a pool and exercise room. It's honestly close to perfection for DC living. There are some roaches in the building but if you request an exterminator they will provide one free of charge within just a few days -- once the exterminator came I never saw a roach again. The Claridge House is a real find!
