Decent place to live if you are a GW student. There are a lot of good deals here, many places come furnished. Elderly people cause lots of problems-- a woman died on my floor last month! But overall a pretty neat place, roof pool and deck are nice, perfect perfect perfect location. A pretty impressive first step from a dorm.
