Lived in North Building for over a year with no problems. Rent is lower then most places in the area (definitely worth the price) and the location cant be beat. Mins from everything including Georgetown, Dupont, and Downtown. Would recommend to anyone from students to young professionals as a place to rent or buy. Great first place for anyone in the area. Get a parking space if you can because they are very scarce.
