I have lived in the North building for a year. The front desk staff are beyond rude. when I was locked out, the maintenence man on call refused to come let me in (even though I am required to pay him $50). None of the other men agreed to come either, and one of them lives in the building. It was only about 7pm.

There was a mouse problem that the management refused to do anything about. We bought our own poison, and when that didn't help, we search out the holes in the walls and nail wood over them.

There is a nasty smell that comes from the bathroom in the hot months that the management will also not do anything about. They said to pour bleach down all the drains - it doesn't help. The bathroom smells like sewage.
