Overall, I would strongly recommend against the building. It seems like an OK place at first, and I think that the quality of your room depends on how much the owners have done to renovate them. The building has a huge problem with roaches and rodents; and the staff seems largely unconcerned about this. The building staff are cold, unhelpful, and have been rude to both me and my guests. My room came with a variety of problems, including broken/malfunctioning kitchen appliances, filthy carpeting, and a broken/modling shower. The location is great, and there is a nice pool on the rooftop, but these are the only redeaming qualities. You can find a much better deal for your money elsewhere.
