Not a good place to live

As other reviewers said, the only big plus of Claridge House is the location but besides that every thing else sucks. I lived there for two years and now that I'm not there any more I feel that I must have done this much much earlier.
It's the noisiest building due to infinite time that your neighbors are moving in and out, sublet their place to undergrads, etc. (If you think you can reserve the ramp and elevator for an allotted time, think twice; No body cares about it and they use it anyway)
The management is very poor and has no control over the landlords. landlords can basically have their own contract, and security deposit is very hight. My landlord was one of the very rude and irresponsible and she took out $$$ from out deposit for some cleaning fee that was never part of our contract.
Laundry room is frequently down and flooded with water with no one to fix it. The front desk people are really rude and unhelpful.
Overall it's a big NO.
