I agree. This location is PRIME - it's the West End-George Washington University-Foggy Bottom-just blocks to Georgetown location. The street is quieter and more scenic with trees and pleasant brick rowhouses. The staff is friendly and helpful - whenever I put in a work order to fix a leaking faucet or anything else with the IN-HOUSE maintenance staff (a plus - not outsiders who come and go without any real accountability) they are there usually in a matter of minutes or couple of hours, and the next day at the latest, if I asked late in the day. Just a great set up. The pool is seasonal, but so clean, and the deck is large - and the views into Georgetown, the Kennedy Center and across the Potomac into Virginia are gorgeous.
