It is a great location. The staff is friendly .It is like living in a 5 star hotel.Landlords are reasonable and very accomodating.I love this place.

I agree with this 7/15/09 reviewer. This is location, location, location. There is an on-site, professional staff at the two front offices (manager and assistant manager) and a manned front desk with a real person- (not just an empty desk with a phone to try to call someone at a remote location as so many in DC have) - and an in-house maintenance staff, most of whom seem to be longtime employees, and the lack of turnover speaks well for itself. After the $2million in renovations completed in the summer of 2008, there are many amenities not present in other buildings, so I can see why the reviewer correctly said it is like living in a 5 star hotel. I have also found the landlords to be reasonable and very accommodating and the apartment interiors themselves are so much ABOVE most of what is available in DC in every way. It is easy to love living at Claridge House.
