| 09/25/2012 | Claridge House is horribly managed, Coop fees are an extremely bad value at upwards of $600/month. This includes payments for low quality fixtures and equipment in the common areas and low-grade 42" TVs budgeted at $5,000 in the gym. Carpeting is already threadbare in spots, new light fixtures had to be removed soon after install. Financing options are limited, and selling requires signatures from several members of the board. Laundry fees are almost $2.00 and increase at an incredible rate. The building is overstaffed, the doormen ranged from innapropriately flirtatious to unintelligible to downright rude.
