Nice place to live

I lived in the Cleveland House last year with 2 roommates. We had a great experience overall. The apartments are huge, with more space and storage than we could ever fill. Due to relatively pricey apartments, we converted a 2 bedroom into a 3 bedroom by using the dining room as an additional bedroom. I highly recommend this setup as there was still extra space.
The gym is not great, but free so who can complain' And the parking is not too expensive as DC goes, particularly if you do a tandem spot with your roommate, which is cheaper. The roofdeck is a great perk!
One thing to be aware of, the apartments that face onto the playground of the bilingual school - you will get woken up just before 8am on weekdays and it is very loud and goes on most of the day.
The neighborhood is what makes this place the most special though - 29th st is adorable, and it is a very nice residential neighborhood, and you have the convenience of a short walk to connecticut ave and a nice walk up to cleveland park, dupont circle, or adams morgan. Also, good access to rock creek park!
