before Archstone Smith took over. Archstone Smith has zero interest in tenant satisfaction. They make poor and inconsiderate design decisions (there are now GIANT fire alarms on prominent wall space in each apartment), they mislead tenants about work being done (a huge garage fiasco last year), and they do nothing to remedy problems.

I am so disenchanted with the downturn of the building that I am going to move.
