I lived at The Cloisters from 1999 until Nov 2002. I had a great apartment with a beautiful view. It was a great place for me and my dog. I received prompt service every time I needed it and found the office personnel to be very friendly and helpful. I received my full security deposit back after I vacated because I left the apartment in the same condition as when I moved in.
