If the cloisters had better management with its location it could be top notch. However current management is absolutely HORRIBLE...They are nice until you move in and then you get no service what so ever. The centipedes are horrendous. They had an exterminator come out and he set mouse traps and didn't even spray. That made me wonder if I had mice (which you will see at the dumpsters all the time). The parking attendent tows cars with a vengence. They put up a handicap sign where my car was parked while I was out of town!!! After I made them look at their records they realized that they did put the sign there while I was gone and credited my rent with the 200 dollar tow charge.
