Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
We lived in these apartments for one year. We thought they were great when we first saw them...and it was nice to be able to have our large dog accomodated.
However, the management was awful. I don't think there was one time that our maintenance order was carried out without one of us having to go to the office a million times to ask about it. One maintenance man came to fix out toilet but when he left it still didn't work. The next guy found a rag stuffed in there - the same kind of rag they carry around. We were blamed for shoving it in the toilet.
Extremely unprofessional!!!!
The walk to the metro is NOT 10 minutes...more like 20. The area is not the best but the guard at the gate is pretty good. Nice guy.
The parking stinks - the spaces barely fit a compact car let alone the truck I owned.
We also paid for an alarm system that never worked - and yes we did put in a request to get it fixed.
