Utility bills were absolutely outragous. You should plan on an average of $150/mth for 1BR. I lived in this community back in the 1990's and seldom asked for a thing. Oh yeah, once I asked for a mail key and it took literally weeks to get it. Then when I moved out, I couldn't get my sofa out the front door and the location of my apartment was such that I could not hoist it off the balcony. I asked maintenance for assistance in taking the front door off in order to get my furniture out...They refused..SO, I took it upon myself to do this and once I put it back on, guess what I had left over parts..oh well. Guess the next person who lives in that apartment will have a door issue they will have to wait awhile to have repaired.
