Are you kidding, for the money it is rented you can find better a metro ride away

We all def pay too much to live in this complex. You pay to sleep with akward creatures and not only that, there is no guarantee that you can even get into your own building.
In addition when problems occur, the maintenance requests are written on little post-its, very unprofessional and undoubtedly lost often if not always. Also, many of the residence here have called or written Horning (the main owners) to complain about the living conditions and bad treatment by office staff and sadly we were all ignored.
For the money paid it is not worth it. I am definitly not renewng my lease. To add to this I am moving across the city and paying the same price with healthier friendlier living conditions. I would rather get caught in an extra 20 min of traffic each day or even sit on a metro a few extra stops than to ever live in the Cloisters Apartment complex again.
