Good things:
It is a good location if you are a student at CUA.

Bad things:
-The area isn't safe.
-Mice.
-Overpriced. $1400-1500 is way, way too much for what you get.
-The maintenance people are slow. Don't expect to get -Anything fixed anytime soon.
-Party people at 3am.
-The management is insincere.
-Carjackings and car thefts are common in the area.
