Please don't be fooled by the "luxury rental" claim on the front of the building.
Although they have updated some apartments, it is still overpriced and a pretty disgusting place to live.
There are rats, not mice but rats, and big ones too.
I saw one just recently crawling out of the garbage can located next to the mailboxes.
We also have them in our apartment.
Apparently, the people next door were extremely disgusting individuals and left rats and roaches behind.
Yay for us.
Why has it take maintenance months to attempt to do anything about the problem.
When they were first called they just laid down traps, the glue kind and it never caught anything.
Well, I laid down 3 traps, 3 old school traps and caught 3 rats.
A f****** disgusting is that.
Instead of them attempting to determine how these rodents found there way into our apartment they just laid down the traps.
Well, after calling maintenance for a 4th time they have discovered the mode of entry but have yet to plug it up.
Why' Don't live in this overpriced dump!!!!! You can do better believe me.

yep, old school is the only way to catch them and most economical in terms of setting that bad boy up again, but there are plenty more, though if you catch one, trust me, along will come many more. Maintenance needs to get to the core of the problem
