These buildings are infested with roaches, mice, and centipedes. I didn't have any rats in my unit but I believe the other postings.
When I put in maintainence requests, they were SOOOOOO suprised (yea, right) but nothing was ever done about the infestationS. Fortunately, my cat kept the mice under contol, although she left the carcasses in my shoes. I think the centipedes were eating the roaches so they weren't TOO bad. Also, I experienced frequent water leaks, which took FOREVER to repair the damage. Nevermind the mold.
I want to get a job with maintainence at The Cloisters so I won't have to do anything at work.
I should have known this place was a hellhole when I was approached twice while looking at these apartments by people looking for someone to take over their lease. One plus, I will ALWAYS do my homework now. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

The people that live in this dump really need to get together to try to do something about this slum. I am SO fed up with my apartment and have no choice but to move.....but they shouldn't be able to get away with this!!!!! WHAT CAN WE DO!
