I lived here in 2003-2004. It was great, we didnt have any mice. Maintenance was never a problem. The only problem we had was with the Gate-Guard who is probably still there. In terms of location and modern appliances, it was great. Again, that was back in 2003, maybe the mice, rats, and the Gate-Guard has taken over...

Your review is totally outdated. Why would you even post a 3 year old assessment of a delapidated, rodent infested, poorly run property? This place is a total dump. STAY AWAY!!!
