I felt obligated to review this apartment because I will be staying here for a second year out of my own freewill. Great price if you get multiple people living here. New carpet, paint, clean apartment and facilities. Iffy maintenance-- very fast sometimes, slow others. Iffy office people, besides Michael. We had mice a couple time during the winter but didn't have a problem when our bread went in the fridge. NO roaches ever! AC and power was always on, never shut off live I've seen in other apartments. Mail can be a pain sometimes, but not the cloisters fault. And the gate guy' Andrew'! He's great! Always has a nice cheerful hello for me whenever I walk by, definitely a nice face to see at night. Would suggest living here to others, as evident by the fact that I'm staying here again and have had new roommates move in.

You say that you had mice in passing, like it is not a big deal. ARE YOU INSANE!! You have rodents in your apartment. Vermin - animals - filthy nasty rodents. What is your problem!?!??!
