location is ideal, BUT: rodent infestation overwhelming. 1)parking sucks- $30 monthly fee, lots fills quickly, no guaranteed spot in spite of fee. 2)rats- no mice, rats insie and out. maybe management should invest in a few cats. 3)office staff- cantacerous middle age woman. very rude. maintenance guy reminds me of super from Good Times. 4)utilties almost equate to rates for single family house, figure that''' 5)IDEAL FOR DRUNKEN STUDENTS-EASY TO STUMBLE DOWN TO CU, LOTS OF FRAT PARTIES, SHOULD CHANGE TO DORM. DEFINETLY NOT LUX RENTAL AS ADVERTISED.

hi i had a friend live there and she HATED IT! when we first seen it we was like ok but then the rats , the noise, and the rude office people she broke her lease and left the HELL HOLE!
