While be nearly obligated to live in this hell hole as a student since there is lack of other options, we have had to deal with this place and I cant wait to get OUT.

Parking is impossible, and your other option is to park in the street where cars frequently get stolen.

Even if you spend 60 bucks a month for a pass, you'll end up in the street.
Rats and mice are everywhere.
We made requests to get our appliances and bathrooms fixed for months and months and no one ever came until we threatened to sue.

Maintenance is a joke.

The downstairs door is broken so anyone cane just walk in.

Staff are unhelpful and incompetent of handling your money.

(Rent checks taking 3 weeks to be cashed is just one simple example, you lease being in the wrong name is another.)
Fire alarms and evacuations are also common.

There are no windows in the "gym" and smells terrible all the time.

Lastly, and most importantly the rent is ridiculous for what your getting.

The apartment you may look at might seen nice but if anything breaks forget about it.

Apartments are drafty
