Don't bother living here unless you'd like to throw your money away. Maintenance issues will NEVER be resolved, they will lose ALL your paperwork for EVERYTHING, and worst of all, they advertise as "Quiet in the city!" Bull. What they won't tell you is that there are two colleges nearby, and all the kids live here. Right now it's 1;17AM and I'm about to call the police for the third time this month due to noise vibrating the entire building. Oh, and expect for false fire alarms (from idiots who set them off for fun) on a regular basis that leave you standing in the cold for hours.... AND!! You PAY for parking, but theres never any space!
