DONT EVER IN LIFE MOVE IN THIS SLUM!!!!!!!!

I go to school at Howard, which is 15 minutes away walking. THATS THE ONLY PRO. I've lived here 3 years. The first year was great no problems. The second year was like a descent into hell. My apartment was taken over by mice. It got so bad that the Cloisters moved us and paid for the movers so we wouldn't sue. There were mice droppings on my roommates pillows and she started feeling sick. One girl was so tramatized she moved back home to Con. because she thought all of Dc was like this.Other roommate had her license plate stolen in the parking lot. When she told security he just said, "Damn, It's a cruel world ain't it'" I have gone through 8 roommates and the only reason I haven't moved is because I'm from so far away its easier for me to stay a few months longer. We have caught at least 13 mice in our new apartment and the manager CONNIE is a true b*tch from h*ll. She won't do anything to help you and when I call the corporate office they give you the run around and the guy CHAD HILL has been on his phone or out of his office for the past week whenever I call. *ssh*le. The people that are nice and try to help (Kay and Michael) quit when they saw what a slum this place is. The floors have holes underneath the carpet from where the mice have made little tunnels to travel. The rats have gotten so bold they just walk around at antime during the day. Its located next to 4 hospitals so there is always an ambulance going by. The other night I think there was a high speed chase out front. The apartments are big, only because the mice, rats, roaches, centipedes(my former roommate called them "the creatures")ticks, ants, and spiders will be sharing with you.The walls are paper thin and cheaply made. Overcharging for b*llsh*t. Haven't had heat, and dealing with mice and others furries and gotten on my last nerves. I'm about to contact my lawyer about them violating the Tenants Agreement in Superior Court.
