I have been living in the cloisters since august which would make it about 8 months, we have repairs that have not been repaired since we moved in! it is ridiculous the amount of money we are spending, for what'' we have mice...and i mean alot of them, we have had about 5 visits from the makeshift maintainance staff to do something about them and we STILL have them. i don't know about anybody else but i refuse to live in filth. I'm filing a complaint with the health department, because this is against the law. they leave droppings all over the stove and counters no matter how many times a day we bleach the countertops, and now me and my roommate are getting rashes, we have been to the hospital on several occasions and the only explanation they could give us was the mice problem. some reviews are so nonchalant about the mice problem, but what they fail to realize is that mice, are animals, from the outside, so they will carry viruses, infections, and diseases. I hope i can convince someone not to live here, you'll be throwing your money away...or feeding it to the mice.

get out fast ... i moved about 6 months ago ...its horrible there...take pics, document phone calls, hospital visits, etc...then go over the morons in the office and go straight to parent company....like i said in my review you will be better off renting in a less desireable neighborhood...because at least you know what to expect!!...good luck

lol I already filed a complaint with the health department. my roommate found dropping on her pillow and started getting sick. When I call the corporate number(202-659-0700)they are all taking lunch, but when I pop by for an unannounced visit they are all there. I hate this place. I'm moving in the next couple of weeks
