Maintenance sucks. You have to tell them multiple times about a problem before they come out to fix it. When you come in to tell them about a problem, they write it down on a sticky pad, then proceed to lose it. Days later, you come in to ask about it and they have forgotten your work order altogether. Its absolutley terrible considering the money you spend in this joint. I guess they feel that they have a captive group of consumers (i.e., college students whose parents are paying the freight, so they dont have to work too hard to satisfy their tenants.).
