Cloisters has been nice for us.
We are in a re-finished apartment, which is clean and spacy, and have had no issues with mice.
Our heat was not working for a little while, but we kept calling maintenance and it was fixed ( they had to order new parts and such).
Parking for one vehicle is included, and you have to pay for more than one, which is like the rest of the city, and only a handful of times I was not able to park within a 15 second walk of my building.I think what the other people wrote on here was not exactly fair- when you choose to live in a city, there will be traffic and noise and crime anywhere you live, unless you have a lot of money (though I feel like I get a lot for what I pay).
When you choose to live near a university, there is potential for drunk kids.
However, I have had nothing but quiet in my apartment- it really is quiet in the city, unless an ambulance drives by.
And if all you can do is complain about the ambulance, maybe you should think about the person in the ambulance.

how long have you been living there? If it's under three months, then wait and see what happens when the real problems start to unearth themselves. That's when you'll realize all the problems listed on here... are REAL
